Your MISHO order is packed with love and ships out within 1-3 working days. Your order may ship from our Mumbai or London studio depending on your location and available inventory. 

We ship worldwide! Shipping times depend on DHL services and your location, please read below for more information. 

INDIA 

If you are ordering from India, your MISHO jewels will be dispatched within 1-2 working days via Bluedart express delivery. Your tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch. 

For custom made orders and engraving requests, please allow 10 working days. Good things take time. 

Shipping 

We are happy to offer free shipping in India. Shipping times may vary based on your location, however most parcels should arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch. We are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests. Please email us on info@mishodesigns.com and we will arrange a complimentary express delivery for you.

Exchanges 

We want your MISHO jewels to feel like little heirlooms that you can treasure forever. All pieces are carefully checked before dispatch, if however you notice any damage or incase of damage during shipping, we will replace it for you. Please reach out to us using our contact number or email us directly within 24 hours of receiving the piece to report a problem. We do not offer exchanges on purchases for hygiene reasons. If however, you would still like to request an exchange for any reason, please email us on help@mishodesigns.com. Please note your exchange will be subject to additional charges based on the nature of the request. 

Duties

You will not be subject to duties or any additional charges. 

Returns/Refunds 

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on mishodesigns.com or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final. 

 

UNITED KINGDOM

If you’re ordering from the U.K. it is likely that your piece will ship from our London studio. 

Please note, this is subject to available inventory and in the unlikely case your piece is not available in London, it might ship from our Mumbai studio. Your tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch.

For custom made orders and engraving requests, please allow 15 working days. We appreciate your patience. Good things take time!

If you’re based in any other part of this beautiful world, your MISHO jewels will be dispatched within 1-3 working days via DHL express delivery. Your pieces will ship from our Mumbai studio. Your tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch. 

Shipping 

We are happy to offer free international shipping on all orders over $250. Shipping times and may vary based on your location, however most parcels should arrive within 3-7 working days after dispatch. On order under $250, shipping will be calculated at check out based on your location.
