Your MISHO pieces are nearly on their way. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery times vary by destination, usually arriving within 1 to 7 days once shipped. You’ll receive tracking details the moment your order begins its journey.

Each destination observes its own customs formalities. Should your order cross international borders, local import duties, taxes, or fees may be applied in accordance with your country’s regulations. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that duties and taxes paid at the time of delivery are not included in your order and are not refundable by MISHO.
MISHO offers complimentary USA shipping on all orders. Your jewels will arrive beautifully packaged, with no additional duties or fees - wherever you are, with our compliments.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope your MISHO jewels become pieces you cherish for years to come. However, should you wish to request an exchange, we’ll do our utmost to assist you.
For orders within the USA kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving your piece. Please note that exchanges are subject to shipping charges and may vary depending on your location.
All purchases made on mishodesigns.com or through our authorised stockists are final.
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has not been processed, a refund will be issued within 15 working days. Transaction fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
For orders that have been dispatched, a 25% restocking fee will apply to refunds made to the original method of payment.
PRODUCT CARE
MISHO jewellery is handcrafted in sterling silver and bronze. As with all fine objects, it should be handled with care.
- Wear it after applying perfume, hairspray, or makeup
- Remove before bathing, swimming, or exercising
- Store in a soft pouch, separate from other jewellery
- Clean gently with a soft cloth, without rubbing or using abrasives
With proper care, your pieces will remain beautiful for years to come.
Pieces within the warranty period are eligible for complimentary re-plating. For items outside the warranty, this service is available at a nominal fee. To arrange cleaning or restoration, please contact us at info@mishodesigns.com
Yes. MISHO offers a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers material or craftsmanship faults. It does not extend to loss, damage caused by wear and tear (such as scratches, bent rings, or broken chains), improper use or storage, or modifications made by any party other than MISHO.
Items purchased from authorised third-party retailers are not covered under our warranty. For such claims, please contact the place of purchase directly.
