• A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• The approved returns reach us within 15 working days.
• The product is unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 15 working days after inspection and approval, to the original mode of payment. Transaction fees, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to lighting, screen resolution, or the handcrafted nature of the product may occur and are inherent to its design.

All bodices are custom, made to order, and non-returnable.

Jewellery:
To maintain the finish and longevity of your jewellery:

• Wear after applying perfume, makeup, or hairspray.
• Avoid contact with water, fragrance, and harsh chemicals.
• Remove before bathing, swimming, or physical activity.
• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch.
• Gently polish with a soft, dry cloth.

Ready-to-Wear:
To ensure lasting quality:

• Follow the care instructions provided with each garment.
• Avoid exposure to moisture, heat, and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Handle trims, embellishments, and hardware with care.
• Professional dry cleaning is recommended unless stated otherwise.

Bodices:
Bodices are delicate, sculptural pieces and should be handled with particular care:

• Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, fragrance, makeup, or moisture.
• Use the provided gloves when handling to prevent surface marks.
• The removable organza backing should be dry cleaned only.
• Store in the MISHO pouch within the rigid MISHO box, away from direct sunlight.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth; avoid liquids and chemical cleaners.
  

MISHO offers a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering material or craftsmanship concerns.

The warranty excludes loss, natural wear over time (including scratches, bent rings, or broken chains), damage from improper use or storage, or modifications made by parties other than MISHO.

Items purchased from authorised third-party retailers are not covered under this warranty. For assistance, we kindly recommend contacting the retailer directly.
